6 Bedrooms Sleeps 12 Guests 

Check in Thursday at 12 noon till Monday 10 am

             PLEASE READ :

Linens - all must be collected put downstairs in the utility room 

Trash- All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpster outside 

Dishes etc- All must be washed and put away 

Grill must be cleaned and scraped

Damages- Please let Celeste/Ryan know asap .  You are responsible for the damages from you and your guests . 

Smoking - Only Outside- Absolutely No Smoking in the horse barn!!   No Shoes in The Cabin and Upstairs Horse Barn Please ......we are trying to great it in great shape !

NO ONE IS ALLOWED By the Animals without Ryan - Owners- One of Us !!!!!   Social Distancing Ya'll ! 

No Riding of the Pets- No Feeding the Horses-

Farm Animals can be touchy nippy so pleaseeeeeee keep children back from the animals *

We do not need any missing fingers !!!!!!!!!  Right ??!!!!

Cancellation and Payment

Deposit is half of the rental fee and is Non Refundable

Final Payment Due the Week of the Wedding

Other Fees - If the Cabin is not cleaned up as stated , there is a $ 300 fee
